Uliza Mall Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Uliza Mall! We are thrilled to have you as a vendor and partner in our vibrant community. Before you start selling your products on Uliza Mall, please take a moment to review and accept our terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Vendor Registration:

• Vendors must undergo a registration process to become a part of Uliza Mall.
• The information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Product Listings:

• Vendors are responsible for creating accurate and appealing product listings.
• Products must comply with local laws and regulations.
• Uliza Mall reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to product listings.

3. Profit Split:

• The profit split between Uliza Mall and vendors is 85% to the vendor and 15% to Uliza Mall.
• Profits are calculated after deducting any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Payouts:

• Payouts will be processed on a regular basis, typically on a 7 day schedule.
• Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date banking information for payouts.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment:

• Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Provide accurate shipping information and update order status promptly.
• Any delays or issues with fulfillment must be communicated to Uliza Mall and the customer.

6. Customer Service:

• Vendors are expected to provide excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.
• Uliza Mall may step in to assist with customer service matters if necessary.

7. Quality Assurance:

• Vendors are responsible for the quality of their products.
• Uliza Mall reserves the right to remove products that do not meet quality standards.

8. Compliance:

• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Uliza Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any vendor found in violation of these terms.

9. Marketing and Promotion:

• Uliza Mall may promote vendor products through various marketing channels.
• Vendors are encouraged to actively promote their products on the Uliza Mall platform.

10. Vendor Verification:

• Vendors must undergo a verification process, providing a valid ID number and PIN for business.
• This information is confidential and will only be used for verification purposes.

12. Termination:
– Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period.

By registering as a vendor on Uliza Mall, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Uliza Mall may update these terms from time to time, and vendors will be notified of any changes.
